Acreage & land
More ground means more flight time, more boundary work and more ground-level coverage.
Detached structures
Barns, shops, guest houses, pavilions and pools each add a set to shoot and edit.
Travel
Rome and the immediate surrounds are included. Distance beyond that is quoted up front.
Luxury features & scope
Twilight, staging, video production level and shot count all scale the work required.
Properties above 3,000 sq ft are custom-quoted. Send the address and the scope, and you'll get a firm number back the same day.
